Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During promotional sales or peak seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Lahore: 1–2 business days

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.): 2–4 business days

  • Other Areas of Pakistan: 3–6 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

  • Free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly mentioned on our website or promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most cities in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (where applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment until it reaches you.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or cancelled. Additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be re-shipped.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.

If you wish to receive the order again, additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Kindly include:

  • Clear photos of the package and product

  • A brief description of the issue
